We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a simple and hassle-free Returns and Refunds Policies. 

Returns Policy

You may return completely unopened items for any or no reason within 7 days of in-store pickup for a refund to the original method of payment. See exceptions and further details below.

Eligible Items

Returns are processed only in-store. Completely unopened items may be returned in-store within 7 days of in-store pickup. Exceptions to this policy are noted below:

  • Due to food safety reasons, all food store items are not returnable after pickup or delivery even if they are completely unopened.
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the items’ single product pages are not returnable.
  • Custom or specially ordered products are neither returnable nor refundable.
  • Digital products or downloadable content are neither returnable nor refundable.
  • Items in which any of its original packaging has been opened are neither returnable nor refundable.
Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, 

  • Items must be completely unopened.
  • Purchase information such as an order confirmation or receipt must be presented.
  • Return must be done within 7 days of in-store pickup.
How to Return.

Returns can only occur in-store at 9000 W Burleigh St, Milwaukee, WI 53222. We are unable to accept shipped returns.

To return a product, just bring the completely unopened eligible item to our store location within 7 days of in-store pickup. You do not need any prior authorization to return an eligible completely unopened item within 7 days of in-store pickup.

Refunds Policy

Refunds are available for products not marked as non-refundable or non-returnable  on their product pages.

Returned items and eligible items not picked up within 7 days of their pickup date shall be refunded minus any applicable fees.

Applicable fees include:

  • A 15% restocking fee

If a return is as a result of our error, manufacturer’s defect or documented damage prior to customer’s receipt a customer shall be entitled to a full refund. A customer must report and submit photos of the manufacturer’s defect or damage within 24 hours of receipt and return the damaged product within 7 days of the report to be qualified for a refund.

Refunds shall be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. If you used a gift card, your refund will be issued as store credit.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. We only offer refunds.

Terms

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to the customer’s use of our site, including but not limited to any breach of this policy.

These policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to our Returns and Refunds Policies will be resolved only through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Each party shall be solely responsible for its arbitration fees. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on both parties.

 If any provision of these policies is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update these Returns and Refunds Policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates or amendments.
