Pickup Policy

Orders made on 414store.com become available for pickup in 10 – 14 days.

Please, bring your email order confirmation for pickup.

If you do not receive your email confirmation, please let us know via our Contact Us page so we can manually resend your email order confirmation.

Our store and pick up location is:  9000 W Burleigh St, Milwaukee, WI 53222. 

Pickups are available only during regular business hours.

Mondays – Saturdays: 12pm – 6pm  

Sundays: 4pm – 7pm

We don’t require your ID, but we’ll take a picture of your order confirmation email on your phone as proof of pickup.

If you can’t make it to the store yourself, you can authorize someone else to pick up your order for you. Simply, forward your order confirmation email to whoever you want to pick up the order on your behalf. We treat possession of the order confirmation email as proof of authorization to pick up an order so do not forward the order confirmation email to anyone you do not intend to pickup your order.

Ordered items shall be held for 7 days. If you don’t pick up your order within this time frame, we’ll assume you no longer want it and cancel it. You shall be refunded your order. A 15% restocking fee shall be deducted for orders canceled because they were not picked up.

Terms

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to our pickup service

These policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to our offering of our services will be resolved only through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Each party shall be solely responsible for its arbitration fees. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on both parties.

 If any provision of these policies is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update this Pickup Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates or amendments.
